Orders & Deliveries Policy
If the delivery address, suburb or contact details of the recipient or yourself are incorrect please try and contact us immediately so that we can fix up the mistake. If we deliver the flowers to the address given and we haven’t received any calls to rectify the address then no refund will be given.
If we attempt to make a delivery and are unable to access the property, the flowers will be returned to our shop and another delivery fee will be applied (you will be contacted before this happens) or you are welcome to collect the items from our store to save on the extra charge. Please make sure the details are correct to ensure we can make the process as smooth as possible for your beautiful petals.
If you are wanting flowers delivered to a hospital or retirement village please ensure you include the hospital name or facility name, ward name or number, room number, patients full name and if they are a day patient, worker or in maternity *Some hospitals and facilities don’t allow certain flowers and plants as it can disturb respiratory issues in patients but we will contact you if we feel that is the case.*
We will try our utmost to do same day delivery if you contact us by 1pm AEST but if we are unable too you will be contacted immediately and a resolution will be found.
Upon delivering alcohol we will require proof of age and please note we are UNABLE to leave alcohol unattended with deliveries and the alcohol WILL BE returned to the store.
