This blend of 70% Pinot Noir, that powers the cuvee, and 30% Grand Cru Chardonnay is rich and voluptuous with an unexpected mineral freshness. The aromas give you a burst of fresh white pear, peach, and fresh flowers are enhanced by acacia honey, toasted bread and praline. The taste is well structured and rich, this is an ample wine with a very long, fresh, and mineral finish. A vintage full of life and vitality.
