If you believe the product you received is faulty or damaged we will gladly refund you, replace the flowers or give you an instore credit if you have done the following:
Follow the care card provided and if your flowers still aren’t satisfactory don’t hesitate to contact us, if it is clear to us after seeing the item you haven’t followed the care card a refund will not be issued.
Contact us within 72 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org or 9882 7700 explaining what is wrong with the item or bring it to our shop so we can assess the item ourselves.
If our courier is obligated to leave the flowers with security, a secretary or receptionist we aren’t accountable for what happens to the items beyond that point.
Refunds ARE NOT applicable if you have changed your mind.
If you have received an item that is broken upon arrival we will rectify the problem with a full refund or replacement item.
Please keep in mind that flowers are a perishable item and subject to availability due to season and weather, if you have a specific flower you would like in an arrangement please contact us once prior to placing the order to let us know as it may not be available.
